Youth and Children participation promotes active citizenship and the empowerment of future generations to engage in various sustainable development programmes. The Centre for Environment Justice believes that young people are key actors in raising awareness, holding successful campaigns, educational programmes, promoting sustainable lifestyles, conserving nature, supporting renewable energy, adopting environmentally-friendly practices and implementing adaptation and mitigation projects.
