Registration of Vendors

Centre for Environment Justice (CEJ) is an outstanding institution with its own unique identity and a proud distinct history in Zambia. CEJ is a non-governmental organization established in 2010 whose mandate is to create platforms and processes that promote environmental justice for most vulnerable people in society. Anchored on this mandate, CEJ fosters access to quality and accurate information on environmental protection, extractive industries, sustainable energy, climate change, water security and agriculture with the ultimate aim of enhancing accountability for better decision making and sustainable development as well as a support safe and adaptive environment as basic fundamental human rights to having a better and prosperous livelihood.

Centre for Environment Justice Invites suppliers of goods and services to apply for registration for the period of 2 years from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026

Terms and Conditons

  • All prospective vendors must send their company profiles, Certificate of registration/incorporation, TPIN/VAT Registration, Tax clearance certificate and National Council for Construction Certificates for building maintenance category.
  • The registration period is for Two years starting 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026.
  • Applicants must also include their telephone, physical & email addresses and at least two contact details of their references.
  • Prospective vendors should be able to supply for the goods and services on a 30-day credit period.
  • Applicants should state their area of specialization in the categories stated above in subject line. e.g. Submission of Bids for Supplier Registration – Printing Services
