About the Rally
Zambia faces escalating climate and environmental threats, from prolonged droughts to devastating floods, with the most vulnerable communities bearing the greatest burden.
The Climate & Environment Justice Rally 2025, under the theme “Justice Has No Borders, United for a Greener Tomorrow,” will be a national platform to amplify grassroots voices, showcase community-driven solutions, and call for stronger environmental governance.
By bringing together participants from all 10 provinces including women environmental defenders, youth, civil society organizations, and traditional leaders, the rally will demand urgent, inclusive, and gender-responsive climate action.
